My dad, a butcher by trade, in his shop circa 1982. Today is Pops’ 63rd birthday and my mom sent me this picture today; which was the first time I had ever seen it.

When I was a kid our butcher would call at like 7:30 Saturday morning and say; “Samantha (my Mom but not her real name), I’ve got in some bee-ute-dee-full lamb chops today, do you want some? 3 pounds? Good! I’ll put them aside for you”. And he did. And you know what, those lamb chops were bee-ute-dee-full. Miss that guy.
