    Physical exercise, even a 20 min walk really helps me

    Work out, meditate, make a list of the things you need to do and do them one at a time, clean your room, take cold shower, go for a walk, do something with friends… etc, etc

    I typically hit that when I haven’t done a hobby I am passionate about due to not being able to fit it in. Set a full weekend and do it, whatever it maybe. It helps me out alot for a bit.

    Find a project or something that gives you joy, and then just chip away at it. Making progress on things, however big or small it may be, releases endorphins
